Many people, especially women are worried about have a good body, a perfect face, etc. They even can resort to exaggerated methods for the purpose of get the body they want, methods such as to eat little amounts of food or practise exercise like you were crazy , this doesn't helps you at all.
First at all people have to know that not everyone has the same physical constitution, not everyone has the same body and they have to admit it, beacause the may dream of having a sort of body but they really get other.
Secondly, you have to follow a balancece diet rich in fruits and vegetables and doing the five meals , on this way you burn calories faster , you have to perform exercise moderately three or four times a week and drink much water.
A good nutrition can be reflected on some parts of your body like on the texture and luminosity of you skin and the strength ans shine of your hair among others.
On this way you will get a nice and healthy body .
